For dental offices and groups

Dental benefits checked. Patient calls answered.

Vocari verifies dental eligibility and benefits, follows up with payers, books appointments by phone and keeps it all on the patient’s tooth chart. Your front desk stays with the patients in front of them.

Your office’s rules. Answers saved to the chart. Staff-approved calls.

Dental benefits, broken down

A dental plan needs more than an active status.

Your insurance coordinator needs the answers behind a treatment discussion. Review what the payer returned, then approve focused follow-up for anything still missing.

Read the dental benefit breakdown guide
CDT and planned treatment
Ask about the clinician-selected procedure code, tooth or surface when relevant. A documented CDT code describes the service; it does not establish that the plan covers it.
Maximums and deductibles
Review annual maximums, remaining benefits, deductibles and benefit percentages when reported. Keep preventive, basic and major service questions distinct.
Frequency and history
Clarify cleaning, examination and imaging limits, previous service dates or replacement rules when the planned treatment needs them.
Plan conditions
Ask about waiting periods, age restrictions, exclusions or alternate benefits where relevant. Keep unanswered questions visible for the coordinator.

When the response leaves a gap

One focused question, not a 40-minute hold.

An active status isn’t a treatment answer. When the payer skips a frequency limit or a card detail doesn’t match, your coordinator picks the exact question and approves the call.

The transcript, the reported answer and anything the payer couldn’t confirm come back to the patient’s insurance case for review.

Coverage active.
Crown frequency needs follow-up.

The payer reports active dental coverage and the annual maximum. The replacement limit for the planned crown was not returned, so the coordinator has one focused question to resolve.

A native dental PMS

A native dental PMS, with the tooth in context.

Universal and FDI numbering, surface validation, CDT or clinic codes and planned, in-progress, completed or declined treatment stages. Recall dates stay with the visit.

Allergies, medications, insurance findings, appointments and call transcripts live in the same chart, so the front desk and the operatory work from the same patient.
